Bible Study for Christian Women and Pastors Wives - I Am In The Throne Room, Part 3
Hebrews 4:16 "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." Hebrews 12:1-2 "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." When Mama called us kids to come home, she called us to a real place. The five acres, two houses, two garages, and barn were very real. My maternal grandparents lived next door in the second house. Our house was a real place. Our family lived inside it. It was our home. Our things belonged there. I had my own bed, my own clothes, my own spot at the kitchen table, my own dog, and my own chores. It was a real place. God calls to come. It's a command to come. God calls us to come boldly. God wants us to boldly enter in knowing the one protocol: He is God and I am not. God calls us to come boldly onto the throne of grace. Why in the world would He ever call us to some place that is not a place at all? He wouldn't. Mama didn't and God won't, either. Be blessed in The Name above every name, Jesus! I know I am! Linda L Culbreth P.S. Feel free to leave your written comment and share this series with your friends, somebody you know needs it.
