Organization Hierarchy - "The Boss" sees & knows things others do  not, and that includes every layer of "bosses" down to the non-bosses. The bosses are there to guide the next layer. Caballos Locos is specially designed to show the importance of that hierarchy. In the fall of 2019, the creator, Linda L Culbreth, did this activity for the SEMO University Ladies Basketball team. They had not won a division championship in a decade. In early March of 2020,  they won! Awesome leadership with the team hierarchy totally in tact and functioning as it should.
