If you decide to exclude any games, just white it out before you make copies. Be sure to fill in the order form before you make copies. Most people will copy the sales order page front and back on one sheet. Each member will need one sheet per customer. Highly recommended to have a definite start & stop date.
Use a copy of the order form as your master order form for each order. Then, check off the games as they come in to your organization. You may order games at any time using the PayPal buttons. Shipping is included in the pricing. Allow 3+ weeks for delivery from the date you place your order.
