Bible Study:Christian Women & Pastors Wives; I Am In The Throne Room, Part 2
Hebrews 4:16 "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." When Mama called us to come home, we had to boldly stop playing, even if we were about to win the game; it was over. Even if we were having a blast, all the neighbor kids knew it was over. If they happened to be hanging out at our house, it was still over and they had to go someplace else. Now, by personality, I am an introvert. Whether that is by heredity or by things that have happened along life's journey, I am clueless. I am not "the butterfly" at any gathering. I am not even the flower on the wall - I am a petal on the hidden side of the flower on the wall! (By the way, I do make it my business to shake hands and speak to as many folks as possible at church, and I do it very much on purpose.) However, put me on stage (with or without a costume) with a mic, and I am bold. When my boys were children, I was bold - even without my Mama's whistle. God built into everyone a boldness even if it runs in the background most of the time like a lot of computer programs. How do I know that? Hebrews 4:16 commands me to come BOLDY unto The Throne of Grace. God never commands me to do something He hasn't already given me the ability to do. There is only one protocol that God requires: He is God and I am not. Be blessed in The Name above every name, Jesus! I know I am! Linda L Culbreth P.S.
