Bible Study for Ministry, Christian Women, and The Pastor's Wife: I Am Certain God is Very Faithful ~ 1
     Psalms 119: 137-138 "Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments. 138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful."
     My pastor mentioned these two verses in his sermon January 4, 2015 with the words "God is righteous and faithful." 
     I keep a stenographer's notebook inside the red carry cover over my Bible with a pen. It is reserved for notes taken during sermons and devotionals. 
     When I heard him say the words, I know that would be for this blog. I just didn't know when I could do it. You, see, since Christmas, I moved. Then I had the old carpet removed and new laid down. Since Christmas, I finished re-writing a business book with a very tight deadline. (I now have copies from the printers. Praise The Lord!)
     Enough excuses!
     Psalms 119 is the longest book in The Bible. There are 176 verses in that chapter. Not only that, ALL 176 verses refer to The Word of God in some form or fashion. Go ahead, read it for yourself; that is fine with me.
Verse 138 reached out and grabbed my heart - "Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful." Not just righteous. Not just faithful. But "very faithful."
     God said He would take care of me - in spite of situations. He said He would guide my every step - all I have to do is listen for His voice and quickly obey it.
     Tomorrow, we will look at a private email I sent to someone regarding this past Monday when I was traveling all away across the southern half of Missouri - it was a very cold day.
